Country Representative – IGNITE
Reporting to the Program Manager (PM) in Canada, the Country Representative (CR) for IGNITE will lead the implementation of the project strategy in country, aligned with program objectives, local priorities, and donor requirements. Depending on program needs and operational considerations, the CR may also provide support and coordination for a limited number of activities in the region, as part of the program portfolio. The CR must reside in their program country (El Salvador, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Colombia).
Project Officer – ELEVaTE
Reporting to the Program Director, the PO works collaboratively with other Catalyste+ team members to support the full program management cycle, including program implementation; Catalyste+ Advisor (CA) assignments; Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL); and financial management.
Project Officer – AWE (Ethiopia)
Reporting to the Country Representative (CR), the Project Officer (PO) will contribute towards fulfilling Catalyste+’s mission of strengthening economic and social well-being in the program country. The PO will provide overall programmatic and logistical support to advance Catalyste+’s objectives and support the effective implementation of its programs in-country, in alignment with approved Catalyste+ policies, guidelines, and strategic priorities.
