Orange Shirt Available Until October 3

To mark the 2025 National Day for Truth & Reconciliation, we are selling Orange Shirts designed by Jill Lunn, a First Nations woman who is also the Director of Indigenous & Northern Services at Catalyste+. This initiative is a way for us to demonstrate allyship with Indigenous people, support an Indigenous-led nonprofit. and encourage the spirit of reconciliation in our organization and networks.
We wear the Orange Shirt to acknowledge the pain and ongoing impact of residential schools, while encouraging the spirit of reconciliation in which Indigenous Peoples are included and honoured. This year’s shirt, designed by a First Nations Artist, combines elements of a medicine wheel, sweetgrass braid, and references the two-row wampum as signals of healing, growth, and the reconciliation journey. The red handprint is a reminder of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and their often-silenced voices.
All proceeds from the 2025 Orange Shirt will go to the First Nations Child and Family Caring Society of Canada.
